Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account from the app

If you have the Strictly Moris app installed, you can delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time:

• Open the Strictly Moris app and sign in.
• Go to the Account tab.
• Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm when prompted (on iPhone you type DELETE to confirm; on Android you confirm in a two-step dialog).

Your account and data are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, you can still request deletion. Email us at strictlymoris@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”.

We will verify the request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.

3. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove everything tied to it, including:

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, and avatar photo.
• Your listings (business, service, or activity) and all of their photos and uploaded documents.
• Any events, menu items, and class sessions attached to your listings.
• Your messages and conversations.
• Your saved items, notifications, reports you submitted, and pending edit drafts.
• Engagement metrics recorded for your listings (views, taps, and similar).

4. What is kept, and for how long

Once deletion completes, no personal data that identifies you is retained in our active systems.

Residual copies that may exist in encrypted, secure backups are purged within 30 days, after which they are permanently gone.

We may keep fully anonymized records that can no longer be linked to you, and any records we are legally required to retain.
